About the Program

The Pennsylvania Geriatrics Society – Western Division, is an active, not-for-profit organization comprised of geriatricians, physicians (from all specialties), certified nurse practitioners, long term care providers and other healthcare professionals, committed to the provision of quality health care for the elderly.

Join us for an insightful discussion titled "Is it Worth It? Hip Fracture Repair in Later Stage Dementia," where experts will explore the complexities and considerations involved in making treatment decisions for patients with advanced dementia. This event will delve into the ethical, medical, and quality-of-life factors that influence whether hip fracture repair is the best course of action in these cases.

Sponsorship Fee Structure and Benefits Include

$1,500 - Exhibit Table

• Display Table set up in foyer (1) 6 ft table w/2 chairs.
• Access to 50 to 70 Geriatricians with opportunity for engagement with physicians prior to start of meeting.
• Participate in the “Visit with Exhibitor/Networking” session. This 50-minute session provides Exhibitors an opportunity for one-on-one conversations with physicians.
• Acknowledgement during meeting welcome and/or business meeting.
• Company’s name on all digital marketing (meeting announcement; website; follow-up email to attendees, social media)

Complete and return the Sponsorship Agreement no later than October 6, 2024.

This will ensure acknowledgement of your support in our program materials. You will receive payment notification once agreement is received.
